Rokada LLC is the holder of ISO 9001:2008 Certificate of the Quality Management System through it's Agent company Rokada GmbH.

Our company is fully compliant with all legal requirements and demands in regard os the ISO 9001 international certification for the private security companies.

Rokada LLC had been vetted through Rokada GmbH in 2013 in accordance with the strict demands and norms established by DAkkS - Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS), which is the national accreditation body for the Federal Republic of Germany, with headquarters in Berlin.

DAkkS is the national accreditation body for the Federal Republic of Germany. Pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 765/2008 and the Accreditation Body Act (AkkStelleG), it acts in the public interest and as the sole provider of accreditations in Germany.

Officially Rokada GmbH was ISO 9001:2008 certified company in 2013-2016, however in June 2016 the Management of Rokada GmbH had decided not to renew the ISO certification due to the changes of German legislation in regard of security companies, which were providing Maritime Security services.

However we, in Rokada Security Services LLC remain dedicated to the high quality standards, and we keep our record in accordance with all strict modern demands of maritime Security industry. Please, do not hesitate to contact us for references at all times.

EXPERIENCE

Starting from December 2009 till December 2020 the Security Teams of Rokada LLC had provided safe transits through the High Risk Area for over 2250 vessels of our clients, successfully protecting over 47.250 crew members.

Besides providing Maritime Security services for the merchant vessels during their transits through the High Risk Area, the Security Teams of Rokada LLC are providing constant protection for over 200 fishing trawlers in the Indian Ocean since March 2011.

We are proud to state, that our company demonstrates 100% success record of Maritime Security operations.

Currently our company is employing more than 800 maritime security personnel around the world, mostly in the areas of Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, Indian Ocean and Gulf of Guinea.

PERSONNEL

Security personnel of our Security Teams is carefully selected from fit, perfectly trained and combat experienced men, who have military, naval or law enforcement background. Most of our Team Leaders and Instructors had served in the elite units of different Special Forces within the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement agencies of different countries. All members of Rokada LLC Security Teams are specifically trained for the maritime operations, and all of them are having the good knowledge and extensive experience in providing security services for the merchant vessels.

The security personnel of Rokada LLC is the international mixture of the former servicemen, retired Military and Law Enforcement agencies specialists. Part of our company's operative force is represented by the former professional soldiers of the different Special Forces, Airborn and Marines of NATO armies. Another part of the company's personnel consists from the former servicemen of the Russian Army Special Forces, same of the Airborne Troops and of the Marines Corps of Russian Navy.

Experienced former military Team Leaders and company's Management is matched to meet our Client's cultural preferences. These experienced and robust personnel are able to liaise directly with Clients on a personal basis day to day, building those vital Client/contractor relationships that create confidence and ensure close cooperation to achieve their operational needs.

Rokada LLC is signatory to the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICOC) We confirm that we do have responsibility to conduct all our business activities in a legally and ethically sound manner.

Rokada LLC avoids confrontation where feasible.

A non-confrontational attitude in challenging situations is the hallmark of Rokada LLC, unless circumstances escalate into a Rules of Engagement situation. Apart from the Client's safety, Rokada LLC considers it's own corporate reputation to be of great importance.

BIMCO Guardcon Compliance

Rokada LLC is one of few security companies which is fully complying with the new regulations of BIMCO Guardcon contract, which was released on 28th of March 2012.

In regard to BIMCO Guardcon main points, we should like to underline the main features, which you will find with our company:

• Rokada LLC is the Security Company legally licensed by Nevis State Authorities for providing Security Services, and in particular for providing Maritime Security services;
• Licensed and Certified security personnel with Military or Navy background. Criminal conviction records/clearance;
• All Rokada LLC security personnel members are covered by full medical and repatriation insurance all as per latest BIMCO guidance;
• Public Liability Insurance Cover of 5,000,000 Euro;
• Valid legal licenses allowing to provide embark and disembark Security Teams;
• Legal weapons and ammunition

Weapons and Ammunition

Rokada LLC is officially certified and licensed by the Nevis State executives as Private Security company. Our company's legal licenses for providing security activity is also allowing us to utilize weapons in our operation activity, while providing security services for the third parties.

Rokada LLC is utilizing only legal weapons of EU or USA origin. Each and every our weapon can be tracked by the serial number.

ATTENTION:

We do not utilize hunting or sporting rifles as most of the British so-called "maritime security companies" are doing. Hunting and sporting firearms have short effective range of fire, which makes their application for maritime security operations totally SENSELESS and USELESS.

Rokada LLC Security Teams are using only solid military-quality weapons, which are most adequate for providing long range fire with high accuracy.
